The private auto storage complex is a 31,500 sq.ft. two-story masonry and concrete facility on a 4.6-acre hillside parcel in Calabasas. Attractive contemporary architecture with high ceilings, wide panelized doors, common areas, restrooms and meeting area for its owners.
The final result will be 19 individual luxury and collector car condominiums across two levels with glass roll-up doors, and a two-level common area with amenities for club members. Gated and secured with cameras around the property.
Extensive site work includes soil nail retaining walls, masonry property line walls, secure access-controlled gate entry, and exquisite landscaping improvements. The landscape and architectural design will blend in with the surrounding hills.
